1. General Terms

1.1. Shri Nirma Infra reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
1.2. By continuing to interact with us after any changes, you accept the revised terms. 
1.3. All services and projects offered by Shri Nirma Infra are subject to the laws and regulations of the Government of India.

  

2. Property Transactions

2.1. All property sales and purchases are subject to the terms outlined in the individual sales agreement provided at the time of booking. 
2.2. Property pricing, availability, and designs are subject to change without prior notice. 
2.3. Ownership and title of the property will be transferred upon the complete payment of the agreed amount and execution of the required legal documents. 
2.4. Buyers are responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, and registration fees. 
2.5. Any delays in payment by the buyer may result in penalties or cancellation of the booking, as per the terms of the sales agreement.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. A non-refundable booking amount must be paid to confirm your property booking. 
3.2. All payments should be made through authorized modes of payment as specified by Shri Nirma Infra. 
3.3. Payment schedules must be adhered to as agreed upon during the time of purchase. Failure to do so may result in penalties or forfeiture of the booking.

4. Property Transactions

4.1. Shri Nirma Infra endeavors to complete all projects within the specified timelines. However, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, legal disputes, or changes in government policies will not be the responsibility of Shri Nirma Infra. 
4.2. Any changes in the project design, layout, or specifications will be communicated to the buyer. In such cases, adjustments in cost or delivery timelines may apply.

5. Customer Obligations

5.1. The buyer must provide accurate and complete personal information, including identity documents, for processing transactions. 
5.2. The buyer is required to comply with all applicable legal requirements during property registration and ownership transfer. 
5.3. Buyers are responsible for any modifications or enhancements to the property after possession, subject to applicable laws and approvals.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. In case of cancellation by the buyer, the booking amount is non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the sales agreement. 
6.2. Shri Nirma Infra reserves the right to cancel a booking or project under exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the buyer will receive a refund of the amounts paid without any further liability.

7. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

7.1. All properties are sold on an “as is” basis as per the specifications outlined in the sales agreement. 
7.2. Shri Nirma Infra does not provide any warranty, either express or implied, beyond the terms stated in the agreement. 
7.3. Shri Nirma Infra is not liable for any losses, damages, or delays resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor strikes, or changes in government regulations.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any disputes arising between Shri Nirma Infra and the buyer will be resolved amicably through mutual discussions. 
8.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Varanasi. 
8.3. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All designs, plans, logos, and marketing materials used by Shri Nirma Infra are the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1. Shri Nirma Infra is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Personal information shared with us will be used solely for transaction processing and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
